Now Hiring Warehouse Supervisor position at our Salisbury, North Carolina distribution center This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). No weekends or holidays! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Position Summary In this full-time Warehouse Supervisor role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned department, to include maintaining required operational metrics of the area. Acts as a working supervisor of 15-25 distribution associates and assists the DC Manager and DC Supervisor in the hiring, training, coaching, and employee discipline processes with a focus on development and retention. The Warehouse Supervisor interfaces cross-functionally and collaborates with Purchasing, Customer Service, Human Resources and Quality Control team members.
