1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SECargoWork.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, job seekers, and employers.

2. What SECargoWork Is

SECargoWork is an online job board that connects employers with job seekers in the industrial and logistics sectors across the Southeast United States. We are a platform only — we do not employ, place, or recruit workers, and we are not a staffing agency. We do not guarantee that any job posting will result in employment.

3. Job Seekers

  • Browsing jobs on SECargoWork is free and does not require an account.
  • Job alert subscriptions are free. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
  • We do not verify the accuracy of job postings. You are responsible for evaluating any opportunity before applying.
  • Applications are submitted directly to employers. SECargoWork is not involved in the hiring process and has no access to your application materials.

4. Employers — Job Postings

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all job postings you submit. Postings must describe real, open positions.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your job postings comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including but not limited to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). SECargoWork bears no legal responsibility for the content of employer-submitted postings.
  • Discriminatory postings are prohibited and will be removed. SECargoWork reserves the right — but not the obligation — to review, edit, or remove any posting that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or applicable law.
  • You may not post positions that require upfront payment from job seekers, are multi-level marketing schemes, or are otherwise deceptive in nature.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms or complaints from job seekers.
  • Fees paid for job postings are non-refundable once the listing is published. Listings removed for Terms violations are also non-refundable.

5. Content Standards

Job postings must not contain language that discriminates against, discourages, or excludes applicants on the basis of any protected characteristic, including:

  • Race, color, or national origin
  • Sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation
  • Religion or creed
  • Age (40 or older)
  • Disability or medical condition
  • Pregnancy or familial status
  • Veteran or military status

Examples of prohibited content include requirements or preferences tied to any of the above characteristics, and language that implies such preferences. Postings in violation will be removed without refund. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

6. Payments

Employer job posting fees are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a posting or subscription, you authorize the applicable charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use SECargoWork to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect job listings or user data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job postings
  • Impersonate any employer, person, or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SECargoWork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that job listings are accurate or current, or that using the site will result in employment or successful hires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

SECargoWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost wages, missed employment opportunities, or damages resulting from reliance on a job posting. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The SECargoWork name, logo, and site design are our property. Job descriptions submitted by employers remain the property of the employer. By submitting a job posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site and in job alert emails.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
